"Creative Minds Exhibition" 22 - 28 October 2011

The Creative Minds Exhibition: Being held at the beautiful Grade 2* listed Market House in Kingston from Saturday 22nd - Friday 28th October 2011. (see www.kingstonfirst.co.uk/getting-to-kingston) The exhibition is free to the public and there will be various original artworks for sale alongside quality art prints, greetings cards and other merchandise. Susan Matthews

Local artist Susan Matthews - is studying with Charles Penny at the King Charles Centre, Surbiton. She has painted numerous works of a variety of local interest and landscape subjects on canvas and board in both oils and acrylics - and a selection of these are for sale. A catalogue of thumbnail images, sizes and prices is available as a PDF document through Kingston Online by request. All of Susan's paintings are also available as handmade gift cards with envelopes - at the very reasonable price of £1-50 each plus p&p.

Cressida Borrett - ceramic artist
I am a Kingston based potter mostly making contemporary kitchen and tableware in stoneware as well as ceramic pictures. I sell at local craft fairs and from my studio and am happy to make commissions for that special wedding gift or birthday present. Suzy Abrahams works from her studio in Thames Ditton, on the shared site with the Thames Ditton Model Railway. Her work is contemporary and she paints mainly in acrylic and mixed media. Visitors can browse through just under 100 paintings and prints and can purchase directly from the website using all major credit cards or paypal.

Suzy will be exhibiting her abstract paintings in a solo exhibition at the Fountain Gallery, East Molesey (nr Hampton Court) 26 April – 8 May 2011. Open every day 11.30-5.30.
