13th May 2018 at Regent’s Park
Kingston Hospital Charity is the charitable body committed to supporting Kingston Hospital as it strives to deliver an outstanding level of care across all its services, for the benefit of patients, their families and staff.
Charitable donations help us accomplish our New Year’s resolution of helping Kingston Hospital to provide a quality of care beyond that which NHS funding alone can afford, by purchasing new equipment, developing the most patient-friendly amenities and enviroments, supporting clinical research and enhancing staff training. We are looking for local superheroes to join team Kingston hospital Charity and support Kingston Hospital while achieving your own goals.
The SuperHero Run in on 13th May, Regent’s Park. There is a £25 registration fee, and to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the NHS, we are asking all participants to raise £70 for Kingston hospital Charity – all confirmed participants will receive a Kingston hospital Charity branded running vest.
Everyone gets a free costume plus medal in the day, and it is a fully supported run, with 5k or 10k routes to choose from on the day.
Anyone aged 8 or over can run, stroll jog or walk the route, and buggies and prams are welcome towards the back of the run, if any supporters with young children want to run. Before the main event, we also have a mini 200metre dash for those younger than 8 who also want to join in. Those younger than 8 do not have to register at all, and we do provide them with medals on the day.
