Yoga and Mindfulness
Friendly classes for all levels. Beginners welcome.
Experienced teacher with the benefit of 30 years clinical experience as a Holistic Therapist. Classes are peaceful, calm, well-structured and varied. They include Yoga postures (asanas), Mindfulness, breathing practices (pranayama) and meditation. Each class concludes with 15 minutes of deep relaxation.
