Everyone is raving about this new addition to Kingston’s town centre. Pho is the creation of Stephen and Juliette Wall who fell in love with Vietnamese street food after a visit to Ho Chi Minh City.

They started their first Pho in Clerkenwell in 2005 and now have 22 restaurants, mainly in the South East but also in Bristol, Oxford, Cambridge, Birmingham, Leeds and Manchester.

It’s still a family run business and they remain just as passionate and committed to those authentic tastes they experienced back in Vietnam.

“Pho [ pronounced fuh] is the Vietnamese national dish; an aromatic, nutritious and delicious rice noodle soup served with a side plate of fresh herbs to add as you please. “

It’s a varied menu – example: Bún bò Huế – Hot & spicy brisket beef (served with a chilli shrimp paste) and Xào – Stir fry of chilli & greens in a mild gingery sweet sauce, served with broken rice, pickle & Asian herbs. They also have a great menu for children including Baby Bun, an option for the under 2s.

Take a look at their website for more information and full menu details.
