These howling, fun, energy-filled sessions focus on building confidence and ability. The sessions focal points are co-ordination, balance and agility whilst promoting an open attitude to trying multi sports. Your child will work through obstacle courses, football, throwing and catching challenges, athletics and a variety of sports suited to their interests.
