Fit for life Kingston

Improve strength and balance at Fit for Life class Kingston

9:30am every Wednesday term time only

Venue Leander (Kingston) Sea Scouts HQ, Albany Mews KT2 5SL, also accessible via Lower Ham Road (next door to Albany Park Sailing and Canoe centre)

Feeling unsteady on your feet can be unnerving, the good news is balance can be trained. If everyday tasks such as gardening and reaching in high places is starting to feel challenging, now is the time to take action. Building strength into your major muscle groups will help you feel more confident in everything you do.

Don’t let stiff joints and poor balance stop you being active. Build strength, improve your balance and feel energised with the right exercise.

Fit For Life is a gentle exercise class consisting of a selection of specifically selected exercises to improve strength, stamina, balance and flexibility.

Suitable for older adults new to fitness or wanting to increase their activity levels.

Drop in available. First class free to new members. Contact
