Lunchtime Yoga @ Rose Theatre, Kingston is for you.

Starting on 21st January – NEW weekly yoga classes designed for busy people

50 minutes of vinyasa (flow) yoga finishing with a short meditation

Every Tuesday and Thursday from 12.30 – 1.20

Kickstart your 2020 with 50 minutes of midday mindfulness and energising yoga. Be back at your desk or workplace within an hour!

Suitable for all levels and beginners are very welcome.

Classes are bookable in advance: BOOK HERE

Try yoga and notice the big difference in how you feel both mentally and physically.
