At Lions, we believe that long-term athletic development is not just for the elite athlete. It’s an approach to physical activity and development for children and adolescents of all ages and athletic abilities.
Our primary goal at Foundation Strength is to ensure:
1) safe progression of proper technical exercises
2) builds confidence
3) improved motor skill development
4) increased muscular strength
