Dragon Boat Challenge Kingston 16th July 2023

The Kingston Dragon Boat Challenge is an unmissable family day out. Crews of mixed abilities take to the river in a festival of colour and drum-beating in aid of charity. There are up to 6 teams rowing a 250m course with races every 15 minutes throughout the day.

The dragon boats assemble at  Canbury Gardens close to the Boaters Inn by the Thames in Kingston. Starting around 10am and finishing up late afternoon, there are market stalls, a children’s funfair and food court plus plenty space for picnics.
