Fun Kingston Bike Ride Sunday 15 June 2025

To celebrate national bike week next month (9-15 June), Kingston Cycling Campaign is inviting residents of all ages to cycle into summer and boost their confidence on two wheels!
The active travel charity’s next FREE fun and family-friendly group bike ride will be coming to Fishponds Park in Surbiton on the morning of Sunday 15 June (10.45am start). Full info and free sign up on tiny.cc/FunRideJune25.

As it’s part of the wider London Cycling Festival being organised by London Cycling Campaign (of which we’re the local group) there are even 20 free bike hires available for any local folk keen to join in but worried they don’t have a bike themselves. What’s more, Berrylands Police will be doing free bike registering on the day to help people keep their bikes secure, while the fab volunteer mechanics from Full Cycle Community Bike Project will be on hand to help with some basic Dr Bike-style TLC before and after the event.
