Privacy information

Kingston Online does not hold any personal data about its visitors other than email addresses used for listings or events. If you have emailed us information then we keep the email for the duration of your listing. This is in case we need to contact you about the content of your listing or post. We do not use email newsletters at the present time. Should we decide in the future to use email to keep our visitors informed then we will update this privacy policy accordingly and follow due processes.

How we use cookies on our site

Cookies are small pieces of data stored in text files. They are dropped onto your device when a website loads in your browser. Kingston Online uses cookies to analyse statistics, deliver ad content, embed 3rd party content and to enable sharing.

Google Analytics: used to find out things such as the number of visitors, popular content, language, country, how long visitors stay on the site. The information is quantitative and does not identify any individual visitors to the site.

Google Adsense: Kingston Online uses Google Adsense to display advertisements from Google.  Google’s use of the DoubleClick cookie which enables it and its partners to serve targeted ads to our visitors based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the internet.
