Vinyasa Yoga (mixed level)

Every Thursday, 7:15pm – 8:15pm at John Hunt Music Room, St Luke’s Church, Burton Road, Kingston Upon Thames, KT2 6AB. Join Sarah for vinyasa yoga. Classes start with a short breathing exercise, move through a strong yet fun yoga flow and end with a few minutes of total relaxation and meditation. All are welcome to this mixed-level class.
